Swimming Career Started with SwimLabs!
Just wanted to take a moment to thank you for getting our kids off to such a great start! Their swimming career started at swim labs and we thank you all for making it a fun and positive experience! We joined year round swimming at CAC this year and the kids are loving it. They had a swimathon this past Monday to raise money for the team. They had two hours to swim as many laps as possible and they swam their little hearts out!
Tanner now 7 swam 166 laps without stopping! The kid is an amazing swimmer and every night shows us how his “8 pack” is growing because of the fly which is his favorite stroke.
Skyler now 10 swam 164 laps but had to stop for a potty break half way thru. She was so dedicated to swimming as many laps as she could and enjoyed every minute of it!
Both kids told us at Dinner last night that they want to be Olympic swimmers!
Love this place!
Love this place! The people are patient, friendly , and courteous. The water is warm. They even have Troy finally liking being in the water.
Brain Surgery Rehabilitation
The positive impact it has on my son’s ongoing rehabilitation from brain cancer/surgery. It is due to the expertise and attentiveness of his instructor Jill. My daughter had her first group lesson tonight and thought the current was the coolest thing ever. Thanks for all you guys do!

From our first phone call through our lessons, everyone has been kind and understanding with my son. He is a challenge and I have never felt judged or that he was not wanted at SwimLabs. I am happy that we found you and I look forward to seeing more progress. Thank you!

From Bailey (10 years old): “I love SwimLabs because when I get in the tubs, the instructor can focus on me and what they would like me to concentrate on without worrying about other things going on. I like to be able to learn stuff in a short amount of time, which allowed me to get better quickly and join their swim team! Thank you!”
– Andrea C.
You have fabulous instructors and staff, although my kids would say watching themselves on video and my youngest looking directly into the camera to see his big eye on TV!
– Debbie B.
We love the great instructors (Adam has done wonders with my youngest). The videos have been helpful. Love the fact that you can get the packs for private/semi-private lessons and use them how you want. Everyone is always super friendly. It is just a great place. Thanks!

My son is autistic and has never been able to swim… until SwimLabs. The improvement in his strokes allowed him to be on the swim team! Amazing staff. I recommend them to anyone.

Fabulous, amazing, wonderful, skilled, expert, patient instructors, who are capable of teaching and winning over even the most terrified and resistant children. 🙂

I just wanted to send a BIG thank you to Mike and his team at SwimLabs! After one session and several drills to practice independently, I was able to PR at the recent 70.3 in Aurora, CO. I had spent the summer working on speed drills improve my time in the water without much success and actually found myself with some shoulder pain. I attended a 30 minute session with Mike about a month before my race. I set my “speed work” aside and focused on what he gave me which was exactly what I needed. I took 3 minutes off my 1.2 mile swim and have not felt shoulder pain! Thanks again, Mike!

Competitive Age Group
We worked with two different coaches for over a year in private lessons two days a week to correct a technical problem on freestyle and they were able to pinpoint the problem and more importantly, show our daughter how to correct it. I loved how they did the split screen and told our 8-9 year old to see herself swimming just like an Olympic Champion!

SwimLabs provides an amazing way to train for open water swimming. I don’t swim straight lines very well but when swimming at SwimLabs I receive immediate feedback when my body gets misaligned. The video allows me to see what I am doing wrong and make adjustments during the work out. SwimLabs is also the perfect setup for brick work outs – do your swim work out then a quick transition to bike in the parking lot. They helped me prepare for 70.3 Worlds.

Adult Learn to Swim
I love the way you teach adults without it feeling childish! I had my first lesson tonight and loved it!
– Laurie B.
I enjoyed my lesson late last summer! As a triathlete, I needed to tweak a few things to make the swim leg of my race stronger. I was given just a couple of major things to work on rather than too much to comprehend! I have been working on my stroke all winter and am sure positive results will come this summer! Thanks SwimLabs!
– Kim G.
Spencer took lessons at SwimLabs the summer before he started his first winter swim season. Spencer won the overall for his age group which included a 100IM, freestyle, and breaststroke events. Last summer Spencer qualified for All Stars in the Mountain High Swim league in only one event. This summer Spencer has qualified and holds team records for 8 and under in freestyle, breaststroke, backstroke, fly, and the 100IM. Couldn’t have done it without SwimLabs!

My Son’s Progress
I wanted to let you know the progress my son John is making since he came to SwimLabs for six lessons in August. John has progressed tremendously. When we arrived his coach thought he would be a freestyler only. This year he has moved steadily faster in all strokes. He placed in the Arkansas High state meet in the 100 fly and back. He grew stronger and faster again from the technique and purpose in stroke that he learned at SwimLabs. He is still dropping times and continuing to refine his form.
He should make sectionals this year and place very high in his state high school meet. I wanted you to know of my gratitude to your program at SwimLabs and of the positive response to your work in John. He came away enjoying his swimming so much more. I am looking for a time to bring him back to you!

I finished Ironman Wisconsin last Sunday, Sept 11th in 12 hours and 29 minutes. I completed the 2.4 mile swim in 1 hour 21 minutes. This was more than 5 minutes off my personal best. While I was actually hoping I would be faster, I would note I did not get out of the water with my normal fatigue and disorientation. I felt quite fresh and ready for the remaining 138.2 mile race. Adam really helped me get a feel for the water and establish a stronger pull. So thank you Adam and SwimLabs!
– Jason B.
Since he visited SwimLabs and then went to the starts and turns clinics, he made five zones times and placed second in the 50 and 100 meter backstroke at short course state championships this last weekend. He also was part of the relay team that broke the 10 & under boys medley and relay state record time. Needless to say, he is a very happy boy! He has had two amazing meets since our visit with you and while his hard work has a lot to do with it, his butterfly and freestyle turns have improved a ton.

My time was well spent at SwimLabs. I knew I had an issue with my backstroke and thought it was an issue with my left arm finish. It turned out to be an issue on my right arm finish and I was over compensating with my left arm. Without SwimLabs help I may never have corrected the issue I was having. I ended up winning the 50 backstroke at USMS Nationals in Puerto Rico and set a Colorado State Masters Record by almost a second. THANK YOU!! My kids Quinn (age 11) and Riley (age 9) also spent lesson time at SwimLabs and loved the experience. I plan to sign them up this fall for weekly lessons. The SwimLabs technology is truly great.
